NO-CHIP POLISH AND DIP POWDER GUARANTEE
We guarantee up to 10 days for No-Chip polish and Dip powder. If your gel polish or dip powder nails chip within 10 days, please notify us right away so we can schedule a time for repair. For training purposes and record keeping, please bring your original receipt to verify the date of service and technician.
REFUNDS
Services and payments are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, we will be happy to fix it for you. Please let our front desk or an on-site manager know of any concerns. We’re here to help!
PUNCTUALITY
We understand that life happens! If you think you might be late for your appointment, just give us a call. We offer a 10-minute grace period to help keep things flexible. After that, we will move forward with other clients to stay on schedule, but we’ll do our best to fit you in as quickly and smoothly as possible.
PERSONAL ITEMS
Please keep an eye on your personal belongings. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
To ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and staff, our salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under the following circumstances:
- Exhibiting disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
- Appearing under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Presenting health or hygiene concerns that may pose a risk to others
- Requesting services outside our scope, policies, or ethical standards
- Repeatedly missing appointments or violating salon policies
